Walking on treadmill for 15 minutes on 5 km/h - 70 calories.
Weight lifting (light-moderate) for 5 minutes - 15 calories.
= 130 calories.
Going to do 30 mins of dancing - 190 calories.

1 stock cube in 400 mls water - 7 calories.

5 dried apricots - 85 calories.

I've been maintaining for about 4 days. Can't seem to lose, WHY!?
Had 231 cals so far. Going to walk the dog later.
