01:23 pm - Trying to lose 4-5 lbs this month.
- Just drinking water, 1 cup of hot drink a day.
- Stay under 1200 cals
- 30 mins of exercise 3-4 days a week. (walking/pilates)
- 8 glasses of water a day

will update progress.

Gained 1 lb today, have no idea how!? So Fricking angry!!

Intake today so far:

Breakfast. 2 weetabix, 125 mls milk, 1 tsp sugar - 215 calories.


Calories burned so far:

Walking on treadmill for 15 minutes on 5 km/h - 70 calories.
Weight lifting (light-moderate) for 5 minutes - 15 calories.
= 130 calories.

Going to do 30 mins of dancing - 190 calories.


Lunch will probably be:
1 grape fruit - 97 calories
1 stock cube in 400 mls water - 7 calories.
= 104 calories.

Snack:
5 dried apricots - 85 calories.

Dinner (not sure what we're having) will probably be 500 calories.

Before bed:
5 mins weight lifting: 15 calories.

Glasses of water: 6

Total calorie intake:

904

Total calorie intake with exercise:

614

10:29 am - Ughhh why can't i lose!
I've been maintaining for about 4 days. Can't seem to lose, WHY!?

Had 231 cals so far. Going to walk the dog later.

Feel shit, fat and ugly.
